A thriving community that relishes in the recent designation as a diocesan shine to Our Lady of Guadalupe, this bustling, bilingual parish located on the west side of St. Paul, Minnesota, is ready to address the varied needs of their facilities. The parishioners take pride in being a debt-free parish, so of high priority is paying off the remainder of the new roof. Additionally, deferred maintenance on the rectory sorely needs to be addressed; siding and windows have deteriorated with unabated mold and cracks needing immediate attention. An additional bedroom will be added through modernization of plumbing and ventilation. The parking lots will be regraded and resurfaced. Finally, parish office workspace will be renovated to create a secure entrance, as well as to provide accessibility and safer placement of records.
