After multiple years of planning, Hayden High School in Topeka, Kansas, was ready to tackle its school-wide improvement plan. The first step in this plan included many infrastructure repairs and upgrades, educational enhancements and growing the endowment for tuition assistance. With these goals in mind, Hayden High School partnered with the Steier Group for the Honoring Our Tradition – Investing In Our Future stewardship campaign. A successful campaign planning study provided the necessary information to craft a comprehensive, customized stewardship campaign plan. The school community rallied behind the effort, surpassing the Steier Group’s low-end projection. Students will now attend school in an updated school with a renovated library and modernized computer lab.
