St. Teresa’s Academy in Kansas City, Missouri, worked with the Steier Group on a capital campaign to fund several campus improvements. Projects for this Catholic school included the construction of a new chapel and additional classrooms, enhanced technology, renovation of the auditorium and an increased endowment. In an effort to promote the school’s Catholic identity and further enhance its strong academic standing, the Windmoor Center, which houses the St. Joseph’s Chapel, opened in 2012.
