The Steier Group partnered with Christian Heritage Academy to create a comprehensive plan to address important needs of the school. The first priority of the capital campaign was to retire debt from a previous upgrade to the athletic fields and facilities. Once the debt was settled, the school could move forward with campus-wide improvements. The campaign provided for a new campus entrance, improved parking, relocation of the playground, relocation of major utilities and new air-conditioning units in all buildings. To keep tuition affordable, the campaign also raised money for endowments. In 2017, CHA partnered with the Steier Group for another campaign.
